PROPOSAL: Make it a criminal offence for any doctor to tell anyone what has been said to them in consultation.
Introduce a mechanism for challenging police cautions, which the police use to cover their own wrong doing,
just as they do also with the Mental Health Act and the technique of stonewalling and by abusing privacy with medics.

NATIONAL SECURITY
1. PROPOSED NEW LAW.
No British citizen under the age of 21 may be sent by the State as a combatant or member of the armed forces to a theatre of war or into a combat situation or combat circumstances in which they are likely to be injured or killed.
This would make clear that Britain is defended by a truly volunteer armed service of people who have had a good opportunity for extensive training, schooling and experience before being sent into a situation in which they may with State sanction in defence of the State kill or be killed.
This proposed new law was added 4th December, 2008. The accompanying essay has been modified and added to since then. No further changes to be made now to item 2 (13.1.09) 16.10 gmt. So I am afraid the typos will have to stay.

2. PROPOSED NEW LAW
9th January, 2008 No further changes to be made to this url (the editorial content - I am making layout modifications) 13.2.09. The proposed law was added 4.12.09
and the essay developed between then and today, 13.1.09 by Helen Gavaghan acting as publisher and website manager.
Immediately pass laws to forbid the inclusion in clinical trials of medical data and observations of and from anyone who has ever been subject to arrest under the British Mental Health Act, imprisonment under the British Mental Health Act (either in civil of criminal law in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) or forcible medication or ect under the terms of the British Mental Health Act. I particularly have in mind an immediate clinical audit of every single piece of data collected by Dr Paul Sclare of the Royal Cornhill Hospital in Aberdeen.

PROPOSED NEW LAW 3: STATUS OF MEDICAL DOCTORS
Make it a criminal offence for any doctor to reveal to a third party in any circumstances what their patient has told them in consultation. Make it a legal obligation for the doctor to immediately write to and tell a current or former patient of approaches made to them by any third party about a current or former patient and require the doctor to tell the third party they have no anonymity and that the current or former patient will be notified of the approach. No third party approaches to be included in any circumstances in medical notes without the prior knowledge and consent of the patient. If a patient was unconscious at the time they are to be notified as soon as they become conscious. The doctor to have total legal responsibility in all jurisdictions of law for the inclusion of whatever is in the medical notes.
Propsal 4. Introduce a mechanism for challenging police cautions. In my case in mid 2006 a police caution was used to silence me as I tried to report crime against myself and the wrong doing against myself by the medical profession in the Calder Valley and by Ms J Stansfield of what was Linnells in Oxford and is now Blake Lapthorn from 2004. The police had abused the Mental Health Act in 2004 to arrest me in mid 2004 when I was the victim of crime and of Ms Stansfield's assertions and then of her lies. The Act was used to prevent investigation of crime against me and to deride and belittle me. I have no idea why unless it is connected with the unspecified slander aimed at me prior to 16.3.04 at The University of Manchester where I was writing a transfer report from M.Phil. to Ph.d. and which Michael Worboys of CHSTM, University of Manchester, gave me no chance to defend myself against. I am now existing in the wasted, impecunious garbage that the police and medics in Halifax and from Hebden Bridge Group Practice, CHSTM snd Ms J Stansfield and Professor Worboys, by refusing me explanations that were mine and so constructively dismissing me, created for me in 2004 and 2005, destroying as they did every decent thing of value I had done and aspired to and covering their wrong doing by abusing the societal coercion and loathsome provisions of the Mental Health Act. I have no idea why. But they have abused psychiatry in exactly the same way as any dictatorship on Earth ever has done.
