Science, People and Politics Ltd., Annual Accounts and shareholder update

On 29th April, Helen Gavaghan, as majority shareholder and finance director in and of Science, People and Politics Ltd., Co.No. 0509-1911, registered in England and Wales, asked Adrian Broadbent, minority shareholder, for approval to request that he as company secretary issue three more one pound shares and agree to their distribution as follows: one for Adrian Broadbent, one for Helen Gavaghan and one for Fred Pearce. These shares worth in total £3.00 to be paid for by Helen Gavaghan. Both Adrian Broadbent and Fred Pearce agreed on 29th April 2009 that they would accept their single one pound share from Helen Gavaghan. The shares in Science, People and Politics Ltd are thus distributed as follows: Helen Gavaghan (10), Adrian Broadbent (2), Fred Pearce (1). Currently, therefore, the called up shares of Science, People and Politics (as of 30.4.09) are £10, to be augmented soon to £13.

My google ad sense account shows 13, 207 page impressions since 23 October, 2008 and 18 clicks, leading to a notional income for me of $6.82. I have to exceed $10 per month to qualify for payment from Google. I am aware of two locations in the UK where the Google ads are "stripped out" and so my page impression figures cannot be relied on. I am responsible for two clicks because ads of strong interest to me as a buyer appeared. This stripping out of ads seems to me to be an anti-competitive practice, but I do not know whether it is deliberate sabotage of commerce and business or simple not thinking. Certainly it works against me competing with Google.

I had thought of ads created using basic html before I was aware of this problem in competing with Google.
