CORRECTION TO THE RELEASE ENTITLED, FRED PEARCE JOINS THE BOARD OF SCIENCE, PEOPLE & POLITICS LTD.
In the first paragraph of the press release with the headline:"Fred Pearce joins the board of Science, People & Politics Ltd." the wording suggests that he is being welcomed to the editorial advisory board rather than to the Company. In fact I (Helen Gavaghan) as the majority shareholder, and the individual who requested that the Limited Company be formed, ought to have written that the founding shareholders welcome Fred Pearce to the board of the Company, Science, People & Politics Ltd., which owns the Title, Science, People & Politics. Fred is, of course, also a welcome addition to the Title's editorial advisory board.
The rest of the release is correct.
