Fred Pearce appoints Helen Gavaghan, acting managing director, effective from 11.8.09

GavaghanCommunications, a sole tradership name under which Helen Gavaghan sometimes trades, remains the publisher of the company's property. The publishing operation is not owned by the company.
Providing that the shares cost £1 per share Fred Pearce has agreed that when Helen Gavaghan buys the next 400 shares at that price, of those called up shares he will accept a minumum of 50 and a maximum of 100.
Helen Gavaghan will have an additionl 300.
