I am, with this press release, notifying managing director, Mr Fred Pearce, that it is my recommendation, on having reread on 9.11.09 the Companies' Act of 2006, that effort not be made to raise charges on the company for investment in the company or the title it owns against the copyright assigned to and owned by the magazine.
Mr Pearce retains, as agreed by me, the authority until August 2010 to dispose of the company's unallotted shares as he sees fit, guided only by the fact that Mr Broadbent would at that stage know of no reason why he would not cede his rights of pre-emption as an existing holder of 50 allotted shares, each worth £1.00, called up but not paid up, and notified to the registrar as allotted.
At no stage prior to today (11.11.09) has it been intended, or a possibility, that efforts might be made to raise investment capital
against the copyright in this website, against its urls or in the magazine it hosts, or in any of the site.
