I am resubmitting this report, again signed by myself, as finance director (reappointed, according to the Company Secretary, Adrian Broadbent, on 14.1.08) because a letter to the registered address from Companies House says that a sentence must be added to clarify that the company accounts are exempt from audit under the 1985 Companies Act.
This company (Science, People and Politics Ltd.) owning the title, Science, People & Politics, is non trading, and the company does not do business from the registered address.
